KU Leuven SMTP access management tool by ULYSSIS

Starting on 24 February 2023, KU Leuven will no longer by default give access to all students to smtps.kuleuven.be. For student email you can use the SMTP server of Microsoft Office 365 (smtp.office365.com) and refer to the KU Leuven ICTS documentation. However, many students, especially for their unions, associations and organisations, rely on KU Leuven SMTP to email as certain aliases, for example as outlined on the ULYSSIS documentation website. To make sure those students can continue to use the KU Leuven SMTP for such purposes, ULYSSIS and KU Leuven ICTS have agreed that relevant students will be given exceptional access. Using this tool you can give yourself access or enter a list of student ids to give access to your fellow students within an organisation.
